Huge plate glass windows provide every diner with spectacular 180 degree views over the broad reaches of the Nambucca River and across to near virginal bushland on adjacent islands.

The Causeway Restaurant & Cafe is very focussed on providing a family dining environment . Younger patrons are most welcome and we provide menus and prices which make it easy for you to include the younger folks in your party. 

Steaks and wonderfully fresh local seafood star on the menu and are very much a speciality of the house. Other appetizing dishes are sure to satisfy the most discerning diners.

This is a wonderful venue for a wedding or most other types of function. The fact that you are on a pocket sized island makes the event unique and special. The absolutely knock out views are the icing on the cake. We'll happily help you arrange ancillary matters including music, cakes, cars, flowers and so on.
